How We Make Our Flour

We use slow, cool stone-milling to preserve the natural oils, nutrients, and flavor found in the whole wheat berry.
Nothing added. Nothing removed. Just whole-grain goodness milled the way it’s meant to be.

We Grow the Wheat

Every bag begins in the fields surrounding our family farm in western Kansas.

We Stone-Mill in Small Batches

Our flour keeps the bran and germ intact for richer flavor and nutrition.

Family-Owned. Kansas-Grown. Stone-Milled.

For four generations, our family has been farming in western Kansas.
We grow, harvest, and mill every bag of flour ourselves — no blending, no mass production, just honest flour from a real family farm.

Earliest picture of the farm. Only one portion of the granary (center building) has been built. The original use was to store grain and now it is the place where we mill and pack our flour.
